Rescue Me ID: 16-10-19-00125Ella (female)

American Bulldog    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Ella is an approximately 3 year-old american bully girl looking for her forever family. She is a very sweet girl, loves water and playing in the water hose is especially a favorite thing of hers. Ella is somewhat choosy about her friends and would most likely do better with larger breed males in the home. She is fine with kids and would love some to play with but Ella does play rough sometimes so bigger kids may be better. Please help Ella find her forever home!! She is fully vetted, spayed, et cetera., and ready to go home!

Rescue Me ID: 16-10-08-00174Derringer Lee (male)

American Bulldog    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Not Good w/ Other Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: High Energy, Submissive
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Derringer has been a loved family companion, but recently has began snapping at my two 3 year old children, drawing blood yesterday. I can not take a chance having him around my babies any longer. For this reason I feel he needs to be in an adult home with no small children around (older kids okay). He does not like other dogs and has been known to fight male dogs, so a dog free home would also be best for him. He is very sweet and loving but is a high energy dog. He will run wild for lengths of time and needs a good yard to play in and lots of attention. He doesn't handle heat well at all, even at rest in the summer time. All in all, he's ... (Read More)been a great dog and holds a very special place amongst out family and the decision to rehome him has not been an easy one but my children do come first. I am hoping we can find him a good forever home where he will be as loved and cared for as he is here with us before more undesired measures have to be taken. He has a few skin issues (allergies) but nothing major. Other than that he is a beautiful boy with no health issues. Thank you for considering our pup! (Less)
