Beautiful American bulldog who needs a loving home. Our family is growing and we are not able to give him the attention he deserves. Would be best placed in a home with adults. He is a large dog and needs room to run around and play. Loves fetch and being loved on. Up to date on vaccinations as of 8/14. In good health

Bella is a Victorian bulldog. We got her when she was about 12 weeks old. We live in a small apartment and she needs more room to run and play. She doesnt get the exercise she needs. She is a very sweet dog and I will miss her tremendously, I just want her to have a better life. We spent quite a bit on her so Id like to get something back, but money is NOT our main concern. We will negotiate and may not charge at all if sent to a good loving home. We have all of her papers and willing to send with her.

|Rescue Me ID: 14-12-08-00758Olivia (female)|
Olivia is 6 years old and weighs 93 pounds. We have had her since she was 8 weeks old. She does have papers. She is a pretty lazy dog so shorter walks work best for her. I say her dog compatibility is unknown because she has not been exposed much. My daughter has a female boxer that comes and stays occasionally and they are great buds. The boxer is not a dominant dog and they give each other their space but play as well and will occasionally snuggle on the dog bed. Olivia has been in vets office and on walks and doesn't seem to be bothered by other dogs. We have a three year old little boy and she does great with him. We do make him respect her and not allow him to pull ears, tail, etc. but he does sometimes lay on her, kiss her face and occasionally run a toy over her and she just lays there and looks at him. Olivia does have a seasonal allergy outbreak here and there which requires a round of prednisone. She had her teeth cleaned in February but does need them cleaned again. She had a tumor removed from her chest this year and they did get it all before it spread. She is current on rabies but is due for regular vaccines since August. We self vaccinate on those as needed when we board her on occasion. I am not a believer on annual boosters for vaccines but if you need to board they are required. She is strictly a house dog, is housebroken and does not need to be kenneled as she does not bother anything. She has never been allowed on our furniture or beds and she does not get on them when left alone for so long. I'm sure she would be in heaven if she was allowed. She is hard headed and requires a firm take control personality from her owners. She does know commands Sit, Stay, Lay Down and Come. Seems lately she hears the words Go Lay Down more often as we just don't have the time she needs due to our busy schedules. We are moving which is lengthening our daily commute. This would put Olivia in the house for roughly 11 hours with no potty break and being alone. My mother lives nearby where we live now and can come let her out should we need her to. We are moving farther out and it would be very inconvenient for her to drive to let her out. She is a very attention needy dog but very very sweet and I think with us being so busy and not being able to give her the attention she needs it is making her even more needy. My husband travels a lot so it is just me and my three year old and the weeknights are very busy. Given this, I hate to say, Olivia doesn't get much attention. I do not want her going to another home where she will be alone for hours all day like she is now. I would love for her to be with someone or a family that is home more during the day or someone that could take her with them during the day and can give her all the love she needs. (Less)

Acer aka 'Sarge' is 1-2 years old. He is an American Bulldog. He is seeking a savvy ABD home with no small children. He is dog-friendly and large in size. Acer was owned by a very loving home & then was lost as a stray. He was adopted from a shelter into a new home that was not a good match for him as they did not set clear boundaries. Unfortunately, this set him up to fail & he is now again back in the system. This guy is deserving a wonderful life! What dog isn't though? Interested? Please complete an adoption application at www.DogsbyDebin.com & we will get back to you for an appointment to meet him. He is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated & heatworm negative. His adoption fee is $150.00 (Less)

One all black with white head. One male and one female both purebred. In a home with a woman who cannot care for them but doesn't want them euthanized. All Humane Societies are full and cannot take them. They are perfect dogs just in a bad situation with a serious flea problem. Need a good stable home. Owner was left with dogs and has little way to care for them, I'm working on getting their flea problem under control and obtaining them.

Hi, I am Casper, the friendly bulldog. I am looking for a fun family to call my own. I am young, so I love to play, play, and play some more. Will you play with me? I would love to have a big fenced backyard to run and play in and maybe a dog buddy to play with too! I get along well with other dogs. My rescue mom says I am a natural sweetheart. I think they are the sweetie's for giving me a place to stay until I find my furever home. I like people, but haven't been around kids, so maybe a little older would be best. Can you, will you, be my furever fam? huh? huh? huh? If you think you might, please call Anna for more information: 573-915-9562. (Less)

American Bulldogs can make good pets in Missouri if they match your IifestyIe. The American Bulldog is an athletic, determined, loyal, and highly devoted breed. American Bulldogs are very affectionate towards children but should be supervised because of their strength. American Bulldogs are very protective of their masters and make great guard dogs. An American Bulldog can do fine in an apartment if it gets enough exercise and is walked daily. Like the English Bulldog, the American Bulldog tends to slobber.
