Hi, my name is Chevy! I was rescued off the streets (from under a Camaro) when I was about four weeks old. I am now eight weeks, have had all of my basic vet care (shots & de-worming), eating solid food and I'm working on potty training. I am a very intelligent, loving and playful puppy who would be a great fit for an active family! The vet thinks I am an American Bulldog (or other bully breed) mix because of my stocky build, color/markings and naturally short tail. My foster family has small children as well as dogs and cats, so I am wonderful with them all. I can't wait to hear from you! After all, who could say no to this face?

This sweet, big puppy needs a good home with a yard to run in. He does jump on people so he is not an appropriate fit for his current home with a 6 year old child. He will probably grow out of this. He has never bitten or growled at anyone. He will have to go to the pound soon so hopefully someone can give him a good home where he can grow and mature.

lnteresting American Bulldog Trivia Low-Cost Tennessee Spay & Neuter Clinics
The American Bulldog thrived in the colonial American South due to settlers' problems with feral pigs. American Bulldogs were their best means of controlling the pigs. Some American Bulldogs can jump six feet in the air. American Bulldogs have fought wild dogs, bulls, and even fire while defending their masters. The American Bulldog is a much closer relative of the Old English Bulldog than the modern English Bulldog is.
